Your responsibilities would be:
- develop DLLs for realizing the communication between device (mouse/keyboard) and Windows 10 application via USB to set specific values
- you don't have to realize the USB driver for the cursor movement
- plan, architect and build new applications
- writing unit tests
- perform code reviews
